*Eggless Chocolate Cake sponge:(for 750g sponge)
Dry ingredients- maida 1.5cup
                              baking pwd 1.5tsp
                              baking soda 1/2tsp
                              salt a pinch
                              cocoa pwd 4tbsp
                              powdered sugar 3/4cup
wet ingredients- curd 1/2cup
                               neutral oil 1/4cup
                               condensed milk 1/3cup
                               lukewarm milk 3/4cup
                               vinegar 1tsp
                               vanilla essence 1tsp
-sift all dry ingredients except sugar,keep aside
-mix lukewarm milk with vinegar & keep aside
-whisk together oil,sugar,curd,condensed milk together for 5 minutes
-add sifted wet ingredients alongwith milk-vinegar mix in batches of 3 & mix using cut and fold method lightly
-bake in a greased and lined container in preheated oven at 160°C for 70 minutes or till the toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean
